Chapter 117 Sun Wukong Recovers

Master Roshi entered the ward and came to Goku's bedside. His expression became serious. He leaned closer to Goku and lowered his voice: "Bulma just contacted me. They have arrived on Namek."

As he spoke, Master Roshi unconsciously gestured with his hands. Suddenly, his hand reached out and touched the nurse's buttocks. The nurse froze, her face flushed instantly, and she screamed, "Ah!"

The doctor was reviewing the medical records when he heard the call. He looked up at the ceiling with a look of disgust and said, "Sigh, here we go again."

Master Roshi then came to his senses, and as if he had been electrocuted, he quickly withdrew his hand, his face turning bright red, waving his hands repeatedly: "Oh dear, oh dear, I'm sorry, it's a habit, it's a habit."

Sun Wukong lay on the bed, watching this scene, grinning as if he were used to it, and turned to Master Roshi to ask, "So, has Bulma and the others arrived on Namek yet?"

Master Roshi stood by the bed, his voice low and hoarse: "Bulma also said that those guys who are suspected to be Vegeta's comrades destroyed their spaceship, and now they're trapped on Namek and can't come back."

"Huh?" Upon hearing this, Sun Wukong sat up abruptly, ignoring the pain from his wound being pulled apart. His eyes widened like saucers as he shouted, "What are we going to do now...?"

Just as everyone was in a panic, a loud greeting came from the doorway: "Hey, you're all here! Goku, are you alright?" Everyone turned around and saw Yajirobe striding in with his usual carefree and playful expression.

When Sun Wukong saw Yajirobe, his eyes lit up instantly, the gloom on his face vanished in an instant, and he was so excited that he almost jumped up, shouting at the top of his lungs, "Yajirobe, you've come at just the right time! Quick, give me the Senzu Beans!"

Yajirobe nimbly reached into his robes, pulled out a crumpled little cloth bag, took out a bright green Senzu Bean, and flicked it with his thumb. The Senzu Bean flew towards Goku, and he grinned and shouted, "Master Korin said time was tight, and these were the only newly grown Senzu Beans he had, so he made me bring them all. Here you go!"

"Oh no, you can't do that!" The doctor and nurse, who had been focused on the instrument data, changed their expressions upon seeing this and rushed over to stop him like startled rabbits. "He's a patient, eating random things will cause serious problems!" Goku didn't care about any of that. He stretched his neck, opened his mouth, and accurately caught the Senzu Bean and swallowed it.

In the blink of an eye, a miraculous scene unfolded. Wukong's wounds, like ice and snow meeting the warm sun, rapidly melted away and healed. He leaped off the bed with a "whoosh," his muscles tensing, and with a few "crackling" sounds, the bandages snapped and fell to the ground. This sight left the doctors, nurses, and other patients in the ward speechless with astonishment; their eyes nearly popped out of their sockets. The doctor froze, his finger trembling as he pointed at Wukong, finally managing to utter a single word after a long pause.

Sun Wukong looked at his unharmed body, both surprised and delighted. His face beamed with joy, and he excitedly waved his fists, shouting, "Great! This damned injury has been driving me crazy! I'm finally free!"

As he spoke, Sun Wukong turned and walked to the wardrobe, took out a brand new martial arts uniform, and said while putting it on, "This is a new martial arts uniform that Lord Kai gave me. How is it? Isn't it cool?"

After getting dressed, Goku was like a fully wound-up toy, leaping to Master Roshi's side in a flash. Standing tall and straight, his eyes blazing like fire, he said firmly, "Grandpa Master Roshi, look, I'm completely healed! I'm perfectly fine! The situation on Namek is critical, I have to go help them!"

Master Roshi was taken aback by Goku's enthusiasm and took a step back. He adjusted his reading glasses and carefully examined Goku, his brows furrowing into a deep frown. He slowly stroked his sparse beard, pondering for a long time before speaking, his voice tinged with doubt: "But, Goku, don't be so impulsive. Think about it calmly. Getting to Namek is no easy feat. What kind of transportation will you use? Aren't all of Earth's spaceships already taken?"

Upon hearing this, Sun Wukong grinned, revealing two white tiger teeth. He tilted his head, scratched it confidently, and began to patiently explain, "Grandpa, you don't know this, but there's more than one spaceship on Earth. I foresaw this day would come and asked Bulma's father, Dr. Brief, to keep an eye out for it. You remember Raditz, right? That guy who suddenly appeared and claimed to be my brother. Although Gohan destroyed his spaceship, it wasn't completely destroyed; there were still quite a few usable fragments left. Plus, the spaceship I used to come to Earth when I was a child, I reckon it should still be in the same old place. I entrusted it to Dr. Brief, and he wrote to me a few days ago saying he had successfully found it and was working diligently to modify it using the materials and technology on board. With Dr. Brief's abilities, judging by the timeline, it should be almost finished by now, and I can set off soon!"

After saying that, Goku stretched out his hand to Yajirobe with longing eyes, "Yajirobe, give me all the remaining Senzu Beans."

Yajirobe reached out and tossed the bag of Senzu Beans over, muttering, "Aren't your injuries all healed? What do you need to do first? When you're not injured, eating these will keep you from getting hungry."

Goku took the bag, turned around and rushed to the window in a few strides. He took a deep breath and shouted at the top of his lungs, "Flying Nimbus!" Then he turned his head, looked firmly at Master Roshi and Yajirobe, and said loudly, "I'm leaving now. Say goodbye to Chi-Chi for me, don't let her worry!" After saying that, he leaped out of the window.

This terrified everyone in the ward, and screams and shouts erupted in chaos: "Someone jumped off the building!"
